1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are an industry and trade integration company, specializing in the production of lubricating oil, grease, gear oil, hydraulic oil and so on.
2. What about your packing?
A: Generally speaking, we pack our products in plastic or raw material drums or metal drums. If you have a legally registered patent, we can use your branded box after obtaining your authorization letter.
3. What are your terms of payment?
A: 30% telegraphic transfer as deposit and 70% before delivery. Before you pay the balance, we will send you a commissioning sample and send you photos and videos of the production process and packaging of the product.
4. When will you deliver the goods?
A: Normally, it takes 7 days after receiving the advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the departure date of the cargo ship.
5. Do you accept small orders or sample orders?
Yes. If you need samples, we can send 200g samples to you for free, you only need to pay the international express fee.
